PARKER CONDOMINIUM

Design Problem:

To develop the furniture layout, color scheme, and interior finish selections for a young professional couple residing in downtown Dallas.

Design Concept:

The Parker condo will enhance the Parkers’ interests and allow them to rest well and entertain.  Each room will be in scale, making it comfortable and functioning.  Neutral colors will bring forth harmony to each scene.  These colors will also reflect peacefulness to reduce stress.  The cubical form will have rhthym throughout the entire condo.  The straight line will be exalted through the whole space.  Overall, the design will bring relaxation and excitement to the Parkers.
